The New New Quarterly

The New Quarterly on an iPad

I’m thrilled to finally reveal the new website and digital edition I’ve made for The New QuarterlyTNQ is one of Canada’s best literary magazines. In honour of their thirty-fifth anniversary, they’re opening up their back catalogue online and making it available all over the world for free.

TNQ is the best client I’ve ever had. Not coincidentally, working on their magazine is the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.

There’s a free subscription tier that I think is going to be huge for secondary and post-secondary Canadian education. The free subscription includes digital archives to every back issue, excluding issues from the past five years. But that free material is timeless.

In the next few weeks, I plan on sharing a case study that takes a behind-the-scenes look at everything. But in the meantime, I’d love it if you browsed the site and maybe even subscribed. The New Quarterly a fantastic read, and a compelling part of Canada’s history with the arts.
